Purpose

Provides Government of Nova Scotia employees and their families with immediate and confidential support for any work, health or life concern. TELUS Health administers the program.

1-800-777-5888. You can also access support through the TELUS Health website https://novascotia.lifeworks.com. When prompted to register under the name of your organization, do the following: Type “Province of Nova Scotia”. Follow the steps to register. Access the information specific to the Government of Nova Scotia’s Employee and Family Assistance Program.
