WORKPLACE MENTAL HEALTH

Purpose

Workplace Mental Health Consultants (Navigation Services) can help you with personal or workplace concerns and can help you source culturally relevant resources for you or for someone you care about. They will take your values, beliefs and lived experience into account. You can talk confidentially and privately with a Workplace Mental Health Consultant (Navigation Services) about:
Coping with stressors, Personal issues, Returning to work, Workload, Anxiety, Racism and bullying, Grief and loss and more.
These consultants will listen carefully to fully understand your situation and help determine next steps, if needed.  The resources they recommend could include mental health professionals, Employee and Family Assistance Program, community-based services, self-help strategies, learning opportunities and more.
