THE BLOOM PROGRAM

Purpose

​The Bloom Program is a community pharmacy program designed to increase and improve mental health and addictions care for Nova Scotians. It is a partnership between community pharmacies and Nova Scotia Health's Mental Health & Addictions Program. The Bloom Program is funded by the Department of Health and Wellness, Government of Nova Scotia.

Eligibility

​NS Health Card, an eligible mental health or addiction diagnosis AND a medication problem that they would like to work on with their pharmacist​
